Shipping
  • We currently only ship within the United States and Canada.
  • Orders are shipped with USPS. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for processing orders, and up to an additional week for delivery (not including holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Unfortunately, we won't be able to take responsibility for packages damaged or lost in transit.
Returns and exchanges
  • The nature of how we go about creating our Big T, jewelry, etc. means that there are slight imperfections or variations from what is pictured. We hope you take this into consideration before ordering.
  • As of now, all sales are final which means we don’t accept returns and exchanges. Please double check before you place an order. If you’ve placed an order and need to make any minor changes within 24 hours (e.g., adding an item or changing the size), please email info@freshcoi.com with the subject line "Quick Changes", and you will receive a confirmation email soon after to confirm if this change is possible.
