Shipping
- Orders within the USA are shipped with USPS.
- Orders outside of the USA are shipped with DHS.
- Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for processing orders given that some of our items are made to order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Unfortunately, we won't be able to take responsibility for packages damaged or lost in transit.
Returns and exchanges
- The nature of how we go about creating our Big T, jewelry, etc. means that there are slight imperfections or variations from what is pictured. We hope you take this into consideration before ordering.
- As of now, all sales are final which means we don’t accept returns and exchanges. Please double check before you place an order. If you’ve placed an order and need to make any minor changes within 24 hours (e.g., adding an item or changing the size), please email info@freshcoi.com with the subject line "Quick Changes", and you will receive a confirmation email soon after to confirm if this change is possible.
